We get the cork in thin sheets and then laser it to the desired shape and laser engrave it with your logo or message. Each patch is temporarily adhered to the hat and then hand stitched with your choice of colored thread directly onto the front of the hat. We have a super-quick turn time of only 5-10 business days after proof approval, and fast 3-day FedEx shipping.
