Everyone always says “Ooh, yum!” when we serve this tasty, hot appetizer at a party or gathering. It takes just minutes to prepare and can turn your humdrum snacks into a buffet for your senses!
Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to eliminate excess moisture
1 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped into small pieces
1 8 oz. package 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Blend all ingredients together. Spread in a 8 inch square pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with pita chips, toasted baguettes, or your favorite cracker. Enjoy!
