In fact, sometimes we joke about the fact that we are the enablers for a society of procrastinators! We live in a busy world and we know how important it is to be able to get your balloons FAST! In a world that now has drive-thru service at many restaurants, and prime delivery for many retail purchases, custom printed balloons and cups delivered fast is still our specialty.
The products you order may require additional shipping time. We make every effort to ship your latex balloon orders by the next business day, and will use the shipping method that you request. We can ship your latex balloons the SAME DAY if you place your order by 11am CT. Foil balloons can be shipped the next day depending on the quantity you order. Our fabulous order department checks every order to make sure things arrive on time, so we will contact you by phone, email or text if we need to make a change. And we always tell you if there is a difference in the price.
There are some natural laws that come into the equation. We have employees who go home and we turn off the lights, so if you place your order after our regular hours, we may be unable to meet our high standards for delivery times. Even with large quantity orders, which require additional time, we can do a partial shipment for your multi-day event. We will do our best to meet your in-hands date and we try to use the most cost effective shipping method to get your products to you when you need them.
We encourage you to place your order as soon as possible so that the natural laws don’t affect your event. We have no control over weather delays, or delivery issues that the courier has that are out of our control. And please double check your address before placing your order to avoid an address error.
