Last month our neighbor celebrated his 17th birthday when he was 67 years old. What? You see, Joe was born on February 29, which only comes around every four years. We ordered Joe some birthday balloons that said , “Happy 17th Birthday Joe” on one side. The second side said “Look who’s 67.” Everyone, especially Joe, enjoyed the balloons.
And we got the printed balloons really fast. This birthday party was a short notice. We found out about the party on a Friday, so we ordered the balloons on Monday. They arrived in time for Joe’s Wednesday surprise birthday party.
