When purchasing custom printed balloons, the customer agrees to the purchase terms stated below:

BALLOON RETURN POLICY: The customer agrees to pay for the custom printed balloon order with their special message or custom logo. They agree that once the balloons are custom printed for them, they may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Plain balloons or accessories that are returned in unopened bags will be given full credit if returned within ten days of receiving order. Customer pays for shipment of returned items.
